Vicki lives and breathes marketing.  With over 15 years experience as both an in-house marketer and now as a consultant, she has worked with businesses in both the products and services industries. Her sector experience is far reaching, from marketing children's entertainment brands to managing the marketing strategy for a big 4 accountancy firm.  Recent achievements include promoting leading business growth expert, Roger Harrop's latest book on Amazon,  establishing The Hotel Nanny brand within the hotel industry, promoting the launch of the Karisma Kidz online game and app and working with local businesses such as Touchpoint Design, The Forest of Imagination, Bath in Fashion and School Guide.  Achievements as an in-house marketer include managing Deloitte's London 2012 Olympic Games sponsorship campaign in the South West and launching the CompeteFor event with Business Link, Team West of England, Relays & UWE.  Cultivating a working relationship with the South West's top 50 high growth technology companies as part of the Deloitte Fast 50 programme.  Creating the concept, forging the partnerships and gaining the sponsorship for an Entrepreneurial Business Guide in the South West. As well as working with leading bicycle brands, Schwinn and GT.

Vicki loves the creative and entrepreneurial spirit in the South West and feels privileged to live in the beautiful city of Bath.

Katy is a freelance copywriter and sub-editor.  She has experience as a commentator in the education and travel sectors, acting as a resident blogger for School Guide - school data for parents website and Triptoes Canada - family travel website.  

With several bylines in national newspapers, The Daily Telegraph and Sunday Times Style Magazine, she has also led various successful local media campaigns.  

After studying Creative Writing as part of her BA in English Literature & French she achieved an MA in Journalism, and worked for six years as a BBC Current Affairs Producer and Investigative Journalist. Throughout this period, Katy produced, directed, edited (Avid Express DVPro), researched and filmed (HDV) a wide variety of BBC1, BBC2 and BBC3 investigative, access led, foreign and current affairs programmes including the flagship series Panorama, Kenyon Confronts and BBC3 Investigates. One of the films she worked on - Detention Undercover - won a Royal Television Society Current Affairs Home Award in 2005.

Katy retrained six years ago, and when she's not writing, can be found teaching NCT antenatal and Baby & Child first aid courses, governing at her children's primary school and campaigning for better birth choices for new families. 




Sarah is an experienced marketing and PR professional with a comprehensive range of experience gained in agencies and more recently as a consultant.

Sarah began her career working in–house for an IT company, but was soon lured into the fast-paced agency world.  She joined the graduate training programme offered by leading South West agency, Strategy PR where she managed regional, B2B and charity accounts.  Sarah was head-hunted by RAA Sprague Gibbons which was later bought by Thirty Three, to lead their client services team and head up key accounts. Sarah then spent two years honing her website, digital marketing and social media skills at digital marketing agency, RealityHouse. She has worked with leading brands such as Waitrose, Siemens and DestinationSkin, the national chain of non-surgical beauty clinics.

As a marketing consultant, Sarah now works with SMEs to help them identify and communicate with their audiences more effectively. From creating or evolving their brand, to website audit or creation, through to social media strategy and communications programmes. Sarah has a particular interest in fashion and retail, and loves working with independent businesses in the South West.




Sue is our associate designer. She has extensive experience in developing brand identities and creative design solutions for a wide range of clients from SMEs to large public sector institutions, through to individual creatives and international publishing companies.

Sue studied for her degree in Graphic Design at Bath Spa University and went on to work for Duncan Baird Publishers, for five years, before becoming a co-owner and director of the London-based communications agency Sage Associates. In 2006 Sue left to set up her own company and has extensive experience of working on projects for a broad range of brands, including BP, The Science Council, King’s College London, the Institute for Mathematics, and the Centre for Science Education. She designs for both print and digital media.





James Cheadle is a well known photographer in the editorial world and, more recently a videographer. No two days are the same for James.  He’s hiked in the Andes to shoot inter-village fist fights, crossed the Sahara in a car bought off eBay and driven an auto-rickshaw across India…twice.  He is equally at home shooting celebrity portraits, reportage, sports, ads and corporate portraiture.  

James's work has featured in a number of books such as 'Celebrity & Performance - The World's Top Photographers' Workshops' by Andy Steel and 'The Complete Guide to Organising and Styling Professional Photo Shoots' by Peter Travers and Brett Harkness.  James has also published his own book with writer Peter Travers entitled 'Portrait Photographer's Style Guide' and recently launched his own magazine, Union, which is now for sale in specialist magazine outlets in London, Paris, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Madrid and....Bath.
